Job Description

1. Monitoring and Patrolling: Responsible for patrolling assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises, property, and personnel. This involves regularly inspecting buildings, grounds, and entrances to detect any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
2. Access Control: Control access to establishments by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises. This can involve checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor badges.
3. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or criminal activity. May need to alert appropriate authorities, evacuate people safely, or administer first aid if necessary.
4. Surveillance: Using CCTCV cameras and other surveillance equipment, monitor activity in their assigned area. Report any unusual behavior or incidents to their supervisor or law enforcement as needed.
5. Customer Service: Depending on assignment, may also provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, or assisting visitors and employees.
6. Report Writing: Documenting incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities in written reports. These reports may be used for investigations or legal purposes.
7. Enforcing Rules and Regulations: Enforce rules and regulations.
8. Deterring Criminal Activity: Deter potential criminals from committing crimes. May also intervene to prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
9. Alarm Response: Responding promptly to alarms or distress calls to investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Maintaining Security Equipment: Ensuring that security equipment such as alarms, radios, and CCTV systems are in good working condition. May perform routine checks and report any malfunctions.
11. Cooperating with Law Enforcement: In case of serious incidents or criminal activities, cooperate with law enforcement officers to provide information or assistance as needed.
12. Training and Development: Continuous training is important, stay updated on security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal guidelines.

• Male or Female, preferably between 21 to 35 years old.
• At least Senior High School graduate (K-12) or college level; college graduates are an advantage.
• Must be a holder of a valid Security Guard License
• Must have completed the Basic Aviation Security Course (BASC) or willing to undergo BASC training.
• With updated Neuro-Psychiatric Clearance, Drug Test, and Ishihara Test
• Physically fit and in good health (with updated medical clearance);
• With good moral character
• Able to speak and understand English and Filipino.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work under pressure and has a strong sense of responsibility and alertness.

• Experience in aviation, airport, or high-security environments.
• Knowledgeable in basic security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Holder of Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification is an advantage.
