• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior in both language markets to inform campaign strategies.

• Monitor competitor advertising campaigns and industry trends to keep clients competitive and informed. Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and languages.
• Provide clients with detailed, bilingual performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign effectiveness over time. Leverage your bilingual skills to navigate the nuances of different cultural preferences, ensuring messaging is appropriate and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Advise clients on cultural sensitivities, local trends, and regulations, ensuring advertising campaigns are effective and compliant in both language regions. Educate clients on the latest advertising trends, technologies, and best practices in both languages.
• Provide strategic recommendations on new advertising channels, digital tools, and marketing technologies to enhance campaign performance.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin language.
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms, media buying, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
• Strong knowledge of cultural and regional differences in consumer behavior and advertising preferences.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate advertising strategies and results to clients in both English and Mandarin languages.
• With or without experience in advertising, marketing, or consultancy, with a focus on bilingual or multicultural campaigns.
• Proven track record in creating and managing successful advertising campaigns in both Mandarin and English markets.
