Job Overview:We are hiring experienced and highly motivated US IT & Non-IT Bench Sales Recruiters, Direct Sales Recruiters, and Business Development Managers to join our growing team. This role focuses on supporting staffing operations for the US market. Candidates must have deep knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle and various hiring types (C2C, W2, 1099).
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple domains (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, negotiating, onboarding).
- Experience working with Bench Sales: marketing our consultants to potential clients and vendors.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, consultants, direct clients, and prime vendors.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities (Direct clients, Tier-1 Vendors, MSP programs).
- Submit qualified consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 engagements based on client requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and onboarding documents.
- Work with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maintain detailed candidate information.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, closures, and marketing activities.
- Leverage tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others for sourcing.
- Understand tax terms, visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizens, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.), and US geography/time zones.
- Handle client calls, negotiations, and business communications professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends, immigration updates, and technology demands.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in US Staffing, Bench Sales, Direct Recruiting, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring practices.
- Knowledge of US employment types and legal policies.
- Proven experience with full life-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
- Willing to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST shifts based on requirement).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with MSPs or VMS environments.
- Familiarity with rate negotiation and vendor/candidate relationship management.
- Strong database management and CRM skills.
- Previous success in meeting placement and revenue goals.
