For this position, iTeraSOURCE is hiring on behalf of our client, an affiliate of iTeraTEL Communications, to support their financial and administrative operations.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Support professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a full-time, in-office overnight position based in Mandaue City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Manage invoice generation, tracking, and follow-up on outstanding accounts
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and basic HR-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and company documents
  • Support administrative duties such as preparing internal reports, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and assisting with email management
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working night shifts is an asset but not required

Work Hours:

  • Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned with North American business hours)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
