Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate research and development of products for innovation to best serve clients' needs.
- Respond to technical inquiries of clients and co-employees regarding products using a service-oriented approach
- Conduct competitors' product comparisons to improve the company's competitive advantage
- Provide technical support to sales group to help meet sales objectives
- Conduct troubleshooting of products and recommends solution and preventive measures
- Conduct quality control testing of products and identify processes that affect product quality
- Conduct site inspection of projects in view of the quality of materials used and method of installation
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or any related course
- Preferably with at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
