Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant . The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, client communication, and project management, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and client presentations.
  • Supporting where needed client communications via email
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Supported managing global accounts, including updating client records and tracking KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM ( Salesforce & Zendesk ) software and project management tools.
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer success and using a project management tool is a plus.
