Junior Web Developer
Client: Australian-based CompanyLocation: On-site – Rosario, Pasig City, Philippines
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: ₱25,000 per month
Reporting To: Development Team Lead (Australia)
About the Role:
We are hiring a Junior Web Developer to join our on-site team in Rosario, Pasig City, working with an Australian client across a range of digital projects. This role offers hands-on experience in web development, exposure to international standards, and career growth in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications
- Write clean, responsive code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or similar)
- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Maintain and update content through CMS platforms like Wordpress
- Conduct testing, debugging, and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in daily meetings and align tasks with the Australian team
- Stay current with emerging web development tools and practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work or project-based experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP or back-end logic
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic database interaction
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Rosario, Pasig City, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Exposure to React, Vue.js, or other front-end frameworks
- Basic understanding of APIs and web hosting environments
- Portfolio or GitHub link showcasing past work
