Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Updates the trackers, databases, and in-house platform/s for partner document-related tasks.
  • Assists in corresponding with internal clients regarding queries, concerns and follow up regarding the documentation of the partners acquired.
  • Responsible for safe keeping of partner documents and forms.
  • Prepares reports such as partner documents completion rate, list of partners with lacking documents, list of partner documents received, etc.
  • Performs other tasks, as may be deemed necessary by the business unit

Job Overview

Conducts validation and checking of business documents and GCash forms submitted by partners for activation and/or wallet creation.

Job Qualification
  • College Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course
  • 1-3 year administrative or secretarial experience preferred
