What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
- Train and mentor junior members of the accounting team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
- With knowledge in government agency (PEZA, Custom, BIR etc)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
