Relocating to Vertis North, Quezon City, in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2025.

JOB SUMMARY:

The role also involves handling major equipment repairs, process planning, feasibility studies, and ensuring efficient start-up of engineering equipment. Strong relationships with internal teams and external customers are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures
• Train and mentor A/C Technicians, providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures
• Supervise the installation and initial start-up of engineering equipment
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external clients regarding equipment concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With 2-3 years relevant experience preferably
• Expertise in managing machinery repairs and maintenance
• Strong leadership and team management skills to train and supervise engineering staff
• Proficiency in handling major mechanical system repairs and preventative maintenance programs
• Knowledge in split-type air conditioning systems and HVAC is an advantage
• Experience in Facilities Management is an advantage
