Your Role:

As a CSR for our Airline account, you will:

• Handle inquiries related to flights, bookings, rebookings, cancellations, baggage, and more
• Provide accurate and timely information through voice, email, or chat support
• Deliver top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with internal tools to manage customer requests effectively

Qualifications:

• SHS graduate or college level (at least 2 yrs complete)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Preferably with 6+ months BPO or customer service experience (airline/travel account is a plus)
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
