About the role
We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at La europa ceramica tile center inc. in our Ortigas, Pasig City office. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing a range of marketing activities to promote our products and services, and support the overall marketing strategy of the company.This is a full-time role within our Marketing & Communications team.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to raise brand awareness and drive sales
- Creating compelling content such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates
- Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Assisting with the organisation and promotion of events, tradeshows, and other marketing initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our marketing approach
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the retail or home improvement industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
- Knowledge of the local ceramic tile market and industry trends would be an advantage
