Sales Compensation Senior Manager | BPO
Responsibilities: Design and/or enhance the sales compensation strategy function.
Collaborate with C-Suite leadership, Sales, HR, and Finance teams to administer compensation plans. Conduct in-depth market research to benchmark the organization's compensation plans against industry competitors and emerging trends. Oversee the rollout and communication of compensation plans to employees, ensuring clear understanding of plan mechanics.
Track the performance, evaluate attainment expectations, and develop budget and long-range forecast projections for compensation programs. Analyze data related to sales, performance metrics, and other relevant indicators to evaluate the impact of variable compensation plans on business results.Oversee the company’s long-term incentive programs.
Qualifications: 5+ years of sales and/or executive compensation management experience at a multinational company. BPO experience preferred. Business partnering and consulting to business leaders within the organization or giving advice/recommendations to business leaders.
Project management skills, managing complex compensation strategies/projects or initiatives. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex compensation information in a clear and understandable manner. Attention to Detail: Precision in handling compensation data and ensuring accuracy.
Thoroughness in evaluating job roles and market trends. Global Perspective: Understanding of global compensation trends and cultural differences. Ability to navigate and address challenges in a diverse international environment.
HR Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems and compensation software. Capability to leverage technology for efficient data management and analysis. HR and Compensation Training Programs: Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous education.
