We're looking for a self-starter IT Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have an experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. He/she will be responsible for support of the solution of Hardware, Software, or Network problem in plant.
Requirements:
- Perform an asset inventory of each hardware
- Make a plan and schedule the Hardware and Software maintenance. And maintain the security and confidentiality of company data.
- Respond to any user’s complaints about Hardware and Software
- Create technical issues report monthly and analyze it.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues
- Responsible to check and maintain all network.
- Determine all issues in hardware and software and solve by internal or vendor
- Propose replacement or purchase spare part hardware to superior
Qualifications:
- At least a graduate of Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least 2-3 years of IT support experience preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Preferably with background in SAP
- Strong organization and time management skills
