Products from brands under the GFL umbrella are available through major retail stores, our reseller network and direct to public via our e-commerce store fronts, traditional bricks and mortar establishments and warehouse outlets.
Enjoy communicating with customers and assisting with enquiries. Together as part of a team, you will strive to deliver a helpful, friendly and engaging customer experience.
We will offer you experience interacting with customers via a range of mediums, over the phone, email and online chat. You will be provided with product knowledge that will enable you to work effectively with our diverse range of products.
This job will commence on a 6-month probationary period, and, upon successful completion, you will be offered a position.
Role- Answering inbound calls
- Answering online chat and email enquiries
- Assisting customers with online ordering difficulties
- Assisting with delivery enquiries, refunds and return requests
- Booking couriers for order fulfilment
- Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar
- Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability
- Strong customer service ethic
- An understanding of the workings of online shopping
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Language Skills: Fluent English
- At least 1 year working in a specific company
- Background in ecommerce and customer service
