Full job description

A Kaiyi Service Advisor, is responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Their duties include greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about their employer’s range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle’s repair status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
• Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
• Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up to date.
• Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks.
• Implements and maintains a service marketing program.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year BS Course
• At least 3 years experience in the automotive industry
• Computer literate, good oral and written communication
• Customer-Centric, with pleasing personality, good customer handling skills.
