International Business Developer (Energy & Industry)

Accountable for the Development of Global key accounts (Owners, E&D and Top EPC firms) operating in the Onshore Business (defined as Oil & Gas related, Petrochemical, LNG) to achieve long-term relationship.
  • Driving Sales development (Direct or Indirect) through specifying Company systems and application solutions in all relevant projects of the assigned Global accounts. Leading to increase Company share of wallet in the account's projects and ultimately integrate Company's technologies / Application in the account Standards.
  • Accountable for the development & implementation of the strategy of the accounts assigned directly or reflection of the global account strategy done by your colleagues in Account home country.
  • Primary Company contact and negotiator for the assigned global accounts and initiate the relation management with the high management level of the global accounts.
  • Result oriented steering of the assigned local/regional accounts to produce over proportional Growth in selected Market Segments and relevant Projects.
  • Accountable for Relationship Management to external & internal Partners related to global accounts strategy to support global Business
  • Accountable to build up and extend Customer satisfaction on global accounts.
  • Responsible for Integrated Project Business sales development through solid specifications on focused application and gain more relevance to drive these references into standard ultimately.

My client is looking for a commercially driven professional with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, ideally complemented by business or commercial education. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years' experience working with engineering firms on project specifications, or at least 3 years in account development within complex environments such as petrochemical, power, or heavy industries.
A strong track record in project support, specification creation, and stakeholder influence without authority is essential. The role requires high-level negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate matrix organizations and manage multiple priorities.

Candidates must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and demonstrate a history of successful sales performance. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in both written and verbal communication are also expected.
