We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate with experience in Trading (Forex/Cryptocurrency) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for financial markets, and the ability to assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns.If you have a background in customer service and trading, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Address and resolve trading-related inquiries and disputes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, trade disputes, and platform issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading support, risk, and compliance, to resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Provide feedback to improve trading support processes and client experience.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering expert support on Forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Go the extra mile to assist with platform navigation, trade execution, and account management.
- Handle technical and trading-related issues on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and other trading platforms.
- Take ownership of client inquiries, proactively identifying solutions and driving resolutions.
- Be adaptable to market hours, including weekend and overnight shifts, as required in the trading industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist clients in the trading industry.
- Customer service experience in Forex, CFDs, or cryptocurrency trading is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle market-related concerns, trade disputes, and account issues with professionalism and composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when addressing trading platform errors and execution issues.
- Experience with financial trading platforms like MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, or other trading software is a plus.
- Must be flexible with market hours, including weekends and global trading sessions.
- Full working rights are required to support international trading operations
Work Details:
- Location: Full onsite setup at Tektite Tower Ortigas.
- Schedule: Rotational or shifting schedules.
