Job Description:

• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Create and post detailed job advertisements on relevant platforms (Indeed, ConstructionJobs.com, local trade schools, etc.).
• Source candidates through job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer assessments, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Organize onboarding sessions including site orientations, safety training, and documentation processing.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles
• Monitor labor law compliance and support project sites with HR administrative needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and KPIs for management.
• Support workforce planning and internal promotions to maintain strong retention.
• Other related task given by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering, oil & gas, or heavy industries.
• Strong understanding of construction roles, certifications, and labor requirements.
• Excellent sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job fairs, referrals).
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to different project sites if required.
