In this full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and driving engagement with our customers across social media platforms.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute compelling social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and monitor our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and interactions
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience
- Analyze social media metrics and report on the performance of our campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform our digital marketing approach
- Assist with the implementation of digital advertising campaigns, including targeted advertising on social media platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and effective content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and behaviours
