This leadership role plays a key part in driving the bank’s growth in the SME segment while upholding top-tier credit and service standards.

• Drive acquisition of new SME and corporate clients through targeted sales strategies and market intelligence.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand the Business Banking portfolio and increase revenue contribution.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and risk appetite.
• Proactively identify and mitigate credit risks through early warning indicators and portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract business clients and promote new financial products.
• Prepare and present regular business performance reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to management.
• Coordinate with credit teams to ensure smooth and timely credit processing, from application to approval.
• Provide accurate and complete client documentation and justifications to support sound credit decisions.
• Support complex client transactions including loan restructuring, syndication, and large-scale financing deals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for unique business requirements.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately when necessary.
