Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts inspection and sampling on the incoming raw boards, EBT, MIP and Melamine laminated boards.
• Facilitate the evaluation and testing of sample material (raw boards, EBT, MIP and Melamine laminated boards) for new supplier development.
• Conduct Inspection of Laminated Boards in the production area.
• Conduct inspection of all materials (raw boards, EBT, MIP, melamine boards), on stocks for the delivery/pick up orders.
• Prepare samples for Sales and Marketing.
• Reports to supervisor any product abnormality, quality problem observed on materials to effect immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure that all inspection tools are properly working and verified/calibrated. Report to immediate supervisor if there is a need for calibration.
• Seek and demonstrate ways to reduce quality costs through efficient inspection.
• Ensure compliance in the implementation of QCQC QMS documents and records.
• Perform other company mandated functions as maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• At least a graduate of Senior High School
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Exposed to quality assurance/control tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Good reporting skills.
• Qualified candidate will be assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
