About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at Integrated Innovation and Hospitality Colleges' in Novaliches, Quezon City Metro Manila. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our organisation's technology infrastructure, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our institution.
What you'll be doing- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for our staff, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Identifying and resolving system problems, optimising performance and implementing appropriate security measures
- Assisting with the deployment and management of new technologies, applications and infrastructure
- Documenting IT processes, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support our business objectives
- Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
- Preferably with experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and security
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve IT-related issues
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with users at all levels of the organisation
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient support
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
