Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive System Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Strato's innovative technology solutions by collaborating closely with our Development team and Center of Excellence.You will play a key role in product quality assurance, solution deployment, and customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the growth of our partner and client relationships.
Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in system implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience or strong end-user knowledge of SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HCM systems and business processes is an advantage.
- Experience working with cloud-based or web-based solutions in a testing or implementation capacity.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting.
- Experience with API and system integration is an advantage.
- Participate in end-to-end system implementation projects, ensuring seamless deployment and user transition.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance the Strato product suite for various stakeholders.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, debug errors, and propose effective resolutions.
- Support product testing initiatives, system integrations, and API functionalities.
- Use tools such as JIRA for issue tracking, task management, and documentation.
