The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive awareness, create compelling marketing materials, and support overall business objectives through well-structured marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
4. Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and marketing analytics tools.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while handling multiple projects.
