Job Responsibilities: Are you detail-oriented and passionate about inventory management? As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our stock and optimizing our inventory operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Issue Resolution: Resolve shortages and negative balances promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Stock Reporting: Compile and analyse daily stock reports to provide insights into inventory levels.
• Warehouse Adjustments: Facilitate necessary stock adjustments or transfers within the warehouse.
• Process Testing: Perform process and system testing to track performance and identify areas for improvement in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.
• Shrinkage Control: Assist in maintaining inventory shrinkage at or below company standards.
• Stock Takes Coordination: Assist in coordinating stock takes to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Stock Analysis Reports: Support the Stock Controller in providing accurate and timely stock analysis reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Assist the Stock Controller in reconciling inventory records for complete and accurate counts.
• Software Utilization: Help maintain and improve the utilization of inventory software from data entry to report generation.
• Sales Analysis: Provide daily analysis of sales transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
• Variance Reporting: Perform real-time updates via variance reporting in the system.

Job Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A college degree in any business-related course.
• Inventory Expertise: Knowledgeable in various inventory procedures and strict in implementing database accuracy versus actual counts.
• Software Proficiency: Experience using Inventory Management software such as MS365, SAP, Unleashed, etc.
• Advanced Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
• Transaction Tracking: Skilled in tracking incoming and outgoing warehousing transactions.
