Job Summary:We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and community management—preferably with experience in the fashion and footwear industry.
This role is critical in shaping our brand’s digital presence and driving meaningful connections with our audience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our end-to-end social media strategy across all relevant platforms to increase brand visibility, boost engagement, and drive online conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (images, videos, captions, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest).
- Monitor trends in social media, fashion, and culture to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new tools that could benefit the brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of various platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A sharp eye for design, trends, and brand voice.
- Proficient in GSuite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) for collaboration and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with influencers and managing UGC (User-Generated Content) is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
