The delivery helper plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s overall operational efficiency.
Their duties and responsibilities include:- Assist in loading and unloading vehicle with items being delivered
- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good operating condition
- Help navigate delivery routes and identify any potential delivery hazards
- Deliver packages to customers’ premises, adhering to delivery schedules and routes
- Collect signatures from customers to sign Charge Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and others.
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Assist in maintaining delivery records and manage paperwork associated with deliveries
- Report any customer complaints, delivery issues, or vehicle problems to the supervisor
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicle when necessary
Qualifications/Requirements
Highschool or Senior HIghschool Graduate.
