Freelance Multimedia & Creatives Specialist

This role will work closely with marketing, design, and brand teams to produce high-quality creative assets that effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, visuals, and copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, website content, social media posts, emails, and other digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.
• Produce and edit visual content, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
• Ensure all creative content is consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into creative work.
• Work with external agencies or freelance creatives as needed for larger projects.
• Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a creative role, ideally in marketing or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing trends, and social media platforms.
• Experience with video production/editing.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
