Beauty Consultant
Job Summary
This position is responsible for meeting the sales goals of the organization while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers. This position also conducts skin care analysis and advises customers by utilizing expert knowledge by describing and demonstrating the full product range of beauty skin products.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Advisor on Beauty Products – 35% ·
- Probe customer/s on their beauty needs and requirements·
- Conduct skin analysis thru skin analyzer equipment·
- Administer services on Art of Perfection (Facial) and product demonstration
- Discuss the benefits and features of the beauty products
- Sales Management and Admin Services– 30%·
- Perform upscale and cross-selling techniques in the work area·
- Make appropriate suggestions and product recommendations as requested by the client·
- Plan and execute new product launches and promotion·
- Endorse promotional products and activities to new and existing client/s.·
- Monitor and report slow-moving and saleable items to the superior·
- Ensure products are stocked adequately, keeping an eye on stock level.
- Protect high-value merchandise to prevent pilferage and loss·
- Attractively exhibit beauty products based on the standard merchandising display requirements
- Facilitate collection of payment, enclosing trial products and giving out gift vouchers when necessary·
- Maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the work environment·
- Encourage new customers to join memberships and monitor old client records
- Customer Relations – 30%
- Gives relevant information on products and experiences·
- Recognize clients as individuals who deserve personalize service·
- Answer questions or handle transactions quickly
- Reports – 5%
- Update, accomplish and submit monthly sales reports to merchandising personnel·
- Accomplish the checklist on a daily basis

Knowledge:
Good knowledge of the beauty trends and practices in the market industry.
Familiar with the business, systems and procedures used in the Company.
Good knowledge on details of the skin.
