Work Set-up: On-site, Shifting Schedule

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in IT/Technician or equivalent qualification with a professional education body
• At least 3+ years of bingo/online casino experience in the gaming industry for the Philippines market.
• Experience as Technician/IT
• Good communication both written & verbal English and Tagalog
• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
• Good and strong work attitude
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
• Has knowledge in the technical aspect of the set-up (lights, sounds, streaming)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Willing to work on-site (Merville, Paranaque)
