About the role
Magnetar Global International Philippines PVT.LTD Corp. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, processing, and distribution of goods.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to create a safe working environment
- Monitor and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and performance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within FMCG industry
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management practices, including inventory control, stock handling, and logistics
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
