Role Overview:
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's entire digital footprint. From social media and website management to email marketing and the creation of case studies, you'll ensure our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our business objectives.This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital content calendar across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Develop and maintain a library of case studies, client testimonials, and success stories in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Analyse website, social media, and campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with design teams (in-house or external) for creative assets like banners, social tiles, videos, and graphics.
- Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve search engine rankings and drive website traffic.
- Coordinate and optimise paid social media campaigns (optional depending on experience).
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications, ensuring all digital materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 24 years experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace).
- Solid experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred.
