About the role

Join our team at Fleur D' Elise Manufacturing Incorporated as a Product Designer based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative product designs that align with our company's vision and customer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer requirements, and product specifications
• Generate creative design concepts and prototypes using industry-standard tools and software
• Refine designs based on feedback and iterative testing to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and user experience
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques, technologies, and industry best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards

• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk, and 3D modelling tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Passion for creating innovative, user-centric products
