About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Sterling Global Call Center, Inc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving growth, and expanding our client base.This is a full-time position located in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and research potential new clients within the target market
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close new business deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the call centre or outsourcing industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of the local and global call centre market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
