Your Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
- Respond to inbound customer support requests via email and online chat.
- Attempt 1st point resolution where ever possible
- Co-ordinate with DevOps (tech team) and Business Analysts (Product team) for issue resolution
- Providing customer updates – written & verbal
- Running webinar / demonstration sessions to newly onboarded customers (over time as platform knowledge deepens)
What You Need:
- High proficiency in English – written & verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ownership & resolution of issues
- Customer service & Technical skills
- Customer / technology support (1st level)
- Experience in lending is desirable (particularly business or commercial lending)
