We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with deep expertise in paid ads and a proven track record in B2B lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience in the SaaS and e-commerce industries is a valuable plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management- Own the end-to-end execution of B2B paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other performance platforms.
- Develop and implement paid campaign strategies that support business growth for B2B, SaaS and e-commerce clients.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to hit performance targets (CPL, , SQL, Opp, ROAS, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, brief, and launch high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Write effective ad copy tailored for B2B decision-makers and specific buyer personas.
- Lead A/B testing and continuously iterate based on performance data.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights that clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights for both internal and client-facing stakeholders.
- Support client meetings by summarizing campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic plans.
- Use Monday.com or similar project management tools to ensure timely execution of tasks and seamless team collaboration.
- Maintain a high level of detail and organization across multiple client accounts.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce clients.
- Strong expertise in lead generation tactics and funnel optimization.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets / Looker Studio for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and how marketing drives revenue in B2B environments.
- Be a key contributor to high-performing B2B paid media campaigns for SaaS and e-commerce clients.
- Work with a fast-moving team at the forefront of digital advertising and lead generation.
