Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Identifying and reporting any quality issues or deviations
Collaborating with production staff to implement corrective actions
Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and test results
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field
Previous experience in a quality assurance role within the frozen meat or food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and quality control standards.
Has good working knowledge on safety of foods of animal origin, i.e. Salmonella contamination elimination
knowledge of microbiology principles and techniques, laboratory and data collection and analysis skills, knowledge of good laboratory practices, and experience in microbiology or food microbiology an advantage
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates, with or without experience, can apply
