About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Cebu Branch operations team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative, inventory, logistics, and sales coordination tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch management and operations team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails and phone inquiries.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR and finance processes, such as timesheet monitoring and petty cash handling.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring of stocks and inventory levels.
  • Perform regular checking of sales versus inventory records to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in checking and coordinating logistics travel itineraries and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with the logistics team to monitor the status of outgoing and incoming deliveries.
  • Coordinate internally with field sales personnel to ensure alignment on orders, inventory availability, and client requirements.
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and branch activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support branch operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, sales support, or inventory-related role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, sales coordination, or logistics processes is an advantage.
Work Location: 2K Penthel Bldg. V. Rama Ave., Guadalupe, Cebu City, Cebu 6000

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays , 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
