SERVICE MANAGER
The position is a technical and administrative function. The primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of the Service Department, manage repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance work. Executes customer requests by coordinating and directing the service workload for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing quality repair work.
Salary Range: Php25,000.00 to 40,000.00
Eligible for Performance Incentive.
Qualified for 14 Months Salary
Yearly Salary Increase
Base of Operation: Cagayan de Oro City
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Preferably-BSME/BSEE)
- Proven experience in managing a department for profitability and effectiveness objectives.
- Good written and oral communication skills are essential to the position.
- Preferred applicant with experience in Machinery/Agricultural Equipment,
- Literate in MS Excel/MS Word/MS PowerPoint for product/training presentations.
- Highly motivated individual ready to implement the company's policies, procedures, and regulations. Observational ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
- Possess a current driver's License.
- Enjoys travel and is ready to be assigned to any Abomar branch.
- Good interpersonal skills.
