About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented B2C Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. If you’re experienced in running large-scale email campaigns, passionate about data, and comfortable with light coding—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute (end-to-end) cross-channel marketing campaigns, including content development, target identification, segmentation, testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Conduct in-depth reporting on key KPIs such as open rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue, CPM, and ePC.
  • Create and manage bulk email campaigns using Email Service Providers (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Iterable, or similar platforms.
  • Set up multi-format, multi-variable email mailings using in-house tools and personalization logic.
  • Hand-code responsive HTML/CSS for email templates (light coding) and ensure compatibility across major email clients and devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML code, data segmentation, or responsive layouts in various ESPs.
  • Research and test Email Service Providers (ESPs) to assess deliverability and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the data and analytics team to explore advanced segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Make targeting recommendations based on behavioral and demographic insights to support better personalization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C marketing or digital campaign management, preferably with email marketing at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Iterable, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar ESPs.
  • Ability to hand-code responsive HTML/CSS for emails and troubleshoot formatting or layout issues.
  • Proficient in data segmentation and personalization logic for targeted outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, testing, and optimization.
  • Comfortable working with bulk email deployment tools and A/B testing environments.
  • Excellent written communication and copy-editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
