Operations manager

Job Description

• Perform identification of KPI and Transparency and keep the stores in check, to solve the problems of store business performance
• Solving onsite problems that occur on a daily basis, developing, normalize & improve effective store operations. Ex) Develop new operations with IT items
• Standardize operations under Global One
• Execution of Sales Strategy Conference & Performance Report meeting led by the Sales Dept
• Creation of Incentive program & operations
• Store opening and management support for franchise stores and business partner companies

• Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s course specializing in operations or its equivalent
• Preferably with experience of handling retail operations
• Straight eye and comprehension in business
• Leadership and the ability to influence others
• Communication skills (telling, listening)
• View of management by day-to-day communication with group officers
• Execution ability, Impetus to achieve goals
• All the abilities required of a business manager
• Must be fluent in Japanese language
