We are currently looking for anIT ASSET and REPORTS SUPPORT:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets. v. Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status report based on SNOW ticketing.
• Conduct a monthly meeting to provide updates to the management.
• Assist in IT Asset Monitoring and Financing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a Business related course.
• Must have at least minimum of1 year of experience as IT Reports.
• Knowledgeable in handling Service Now as a ticketing tool is a plus.
• Average Communication Skills
• Amendable to work in a shifting schedule (dayshift)
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig City.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
