Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Support for our dynamic Sales and Marketing teams. This role will focus on logistics, promotional materials, and vendor relations—playing a key part in driving smooth operations and successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conferences and Exhibits- Coordinate event registrations and exhibit logistics.
- Gather and manage travel details for attendees (admin support for bookings).
- Ensure timely delivery and organization of exhibit materials.
- Process affiliate payments accurately and on time.
- Coordinate thoughtful holiday gifts for vendors, B2B partners, and affiliates.
- Act as the go-to person for all company SWAG.
- Maintain and organize promotional inventory.
- Source and order items such as business cards, marketing material, samples, branded merchandise, and employee apparel.
- Collaborate on department-specific projects as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Support project timelines and help keep initiatives on track.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role—preferably in marketing or sales environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software is a plus.
- Creative eye for branding and promotional materials is a bonus.
