What you'll be doing
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure
