Customer Service Agent Swedish plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients’ customers. The first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chats with professionalism and courtesy. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns and feedback and provide accurate and timely solutions. Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries and technical support.Utilize company database, software and knowledge resources to access information and document interactions accurately. Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems to appropriate team leads or manager. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
Engage in upselling or cross-selling opportunities, promoting additional products or services based on customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedbacks and contribute to process improvement. Adhere to quality standards, compliance regulations and data protection policies. Perform other duties as required by the immediate superior.
Qualifications/Requirements- Native or fluent speaker in English and Swedish
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience as a Customer Service Agent Swedish
