TASQ is urgently seeking to hire a Spanish Team Leader. The initial screening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)**

**Key Qualifications:**
  • Willingness to work various shifts.
  • Must work ONSITE in BGC Taguig.
  • Available to start immediately.
**Requirements:**
  • At least 4 years of customer service experience in the BPO/BPM sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Spanish proficiency of at least B2 level according to CEFR or Berlitz.
  • Previous experience as a team lead for Spanish-speaking agents handling voice calls (inbound or outbound).
  • A minimum of 2 years in leadership positions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Efficiently manage teams, including resource planning, career development, performance oversight, and attrition management.
  • Mentor and assist team members in closing knowledge gaps and addressing skill and motivation challenges.
  • Address user/customer escalations, taking ownership of issues until they are resolved.
  • Regularly develop and implement internal and external governance.
  • Keep the team informed about the latest process updates, changes, and performance targets.
  • Identify ideas for process improvements and guide team members in implementing initiatives such as Six Sigma or Lean projects.
