About the role

We're looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to drive our digital growth by crafting and executing data-driven SEO strategies. You'll work closely with content creators and IT teams to optimize website content, integrate trending keywords, and enhance search rankings.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
• Effectively communicate SEO plans across teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement technical enhancements.
• Optimize website structure, schema markups, and link-building strategies.
• Track key SEO metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports.
• Analyze data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Shopify Analytics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the Content and Merchandising teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Develop content briefs for the copywriting team, ensuring the inclusion of high-ranking and relevant keywords.
• Manage blog and content strategies while tracking performance and effectiveness.
• Perform comprehensive competitor analysis and keyword research to identify opportunities.
• Oversee keyword ranking, tracking, and reporting to ensure ongoing optimization.

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 1 year in e-commerce SEO (product listings, online stores, etc.).
• Experience working with Australian markets or global e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• SEO writing skills are a bonus!
