Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor /Manager - Olongapo

The role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Bataan, Central Luzon. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance operations of our power generation facility, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

• Develop and implement comprehensive mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to maximise the efficiency and lifespan of our power generation assets
• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical maintenance technicians and contractors to deliver high-quality and timely maintenance services
• Analyse equipment performance data, identify issues, and recommend actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to optimise maintenance strategies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on key performance indicators
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance staff

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance supervisory or management role, preferably in the power generation industry
• Strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment, including turbines, generators, pumps, and associated systems
• Proficient in maintenance planning, scheduling, and optimisation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
• Familiar with maintenance management software and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) are highly desirable
