Job Description

• Assists the General Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintaining high standards of the division’s performance & productivity
• Assists in creating and implementing growth strategies
• Contribute to the achievement of business plans and ensure proper internal control and governance
• Provide support and training for staff development and enhance efficiency
• Assists to develop a comprehensive plan to identify potential markets and assess opportunities for new business development

• Bachelor’s Degree
• With more than (five) 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal in English
• Extensive experience in managerial roles and proven ability to lead and motivate the team effectively
• Understanding financial management and business planning
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and work effectively in a global environment
